Something is off with this gameplay, I suspect a script of sort, even though he did say he used a script :

He has been banned - He is known on other servers to have used Null Core Cheat.

after seeing the demo for couple of times, these are my findings;
12500 obvious aim bot,
10500 tick aim assist(?),
8900th tick obvious aim assist,
8600 tick aim assist(?),
