added 18 spawn points (total is now 30)
optimized (50-100% increase in minimum fps)

note: a large part of the ground is a power 4 displacement and it wasn't feasible to lower it to power 3. if the server crashes while the map is being played, don't hesitate to blacklist it. i've yet to observe a crash after an object has collided with a power 4 displacement, so i consider it very unlikely to happen.
